**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Proven experience in **B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Industrial Sales**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, or related field** (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in **B2B or industrial sales**, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
