**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Office & Reception**
- Manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors & clients
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth entry protocols
**Office & Pantry Management**
- Manage office supplies, pantry stock, stationery, and procurement
- Coordinate with vendors for office and pantry materials
- Ensure pantry and common office areas are clean and well-maintained
**Administrative & Coordination Tasks**
- Schedule and coordinate internal & external meetings for CEO
- Arrange refreshments, meeting setups & logistics
- Maintain calendars, update schedules, and share meeting reminders as needed
- Assist in managing travel arrangements and hospitality for guests
- Support HR & Admin in day-to-day office administration
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years of front desk / office coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Presentable, polite, punctual & professional
- Knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
- Strong organisational & multitasking abilities

- Good interpersonal & teamwork skills
