**Job Summary**
Yasmin Body Image Pvt Ltd is hiring Front Desk executive for Pilates studio branch in Gurgaon.

**Position: Front Desk & Operations Executive**

**Job Location: Gurgaon**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Front Desk Management**:

- Handle Studio’s WhatsApp and reply to the client’s messages promptly.
- Welcome and greet the clients / inquiries as soon as they enter the studio.
- Manage stationery and coordinate with stationery vendors.
- Coordination with Different Stake holders
- Update Client’s details like payment, health history, progress etc.

**Revenue Management**:

- Ensure timely dispatch of renewal and payment reminders to clients
- Connect With the leads f studio memberships.
- Follow up with inquiries from digital channels, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Effectively communicate Session details, membership plans, and pricing.
- Track lead conversions and update CRM systems or lead trackers regularly

**Client Servicing**:

- Maintaining the receipt sheet and share with the concerned managers.
- Ensure proper client scheduling.
- Update clients about their next schedules or change in their schedule due to leaves of trainers.
- Update clients for closure days of studio in advance
- Put birthday wishes for client on noticeboard.
- Send birthday greetings and festival greetings to clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain data for the same.
- Explain clients regarding terms and conditions of studio.
- Other activities to help and assist clients as and when required.

**House Keeping & Studio Management**:

- Handling housekeeping team
- Ensure cleanliness in the Studio.
- Do round up in entire studio at regular intervals and make sure everything is in place.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance of Equipment, AC, electronic appliances, carpentry work, plumbing work etc.
- Ensure equipment maintenance on regular intervals or as and when required.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum 6 month of experience in customer service or Sales.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Max. Age up to 30 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
