**Position**: Restaurant Captain
**Location**: Airport, Andheri, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 + tips and food
**Shift Type**: Break Shift
**Duty Hours**: 10 hours per day
**Weekly Off**: 1 weekly off (as per standard roster)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the dining area to ensure smooth service operations
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure high service standards are maintained
- Manage and train junior staff (stewards/waiters) to ensure consistency in service
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and professional service
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order execution
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area
- Assist in billing and table turnover during peak hours

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed restaurant
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to lead a team and manage service flow
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude
- Flexible with shift timings and break shift.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
