We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Captain to provide exceptional guest service and contribute to an unforgettable dining experience. As a Captain, you will be responsible for supervising service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring smooth operations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with seating arrangements.

Take orders and provide expert knowledge on Thai cuisine, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation.

Ensure excellent food quality, presentation, and timely service.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are executed seamlessly.

Lead and train junior staff to provide top-tier service.

Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

**Skills & Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and culture, including popular dishes like Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Tom Yum Soup.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Prior experience in fine dining or a similar role is preferred.

Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
