**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibility**
- 5-8 year+ experience in Trade support/Regulatory functions (booking trades, trade verification and reconciliations
- Has independently managed key deliveries/projects
- Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda.
- Solid understanding of OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class.
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls.
- Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable
- Develop and implement an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and Key Performance Indicators including trend analysis
- Production planning and workload balancing on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to run end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries is a plus

**Required qualification, skills and capabilities**:

- Quick learner with ability to manage and/or play a key role in managing the process and production on a day-to-day basis
- Numerical aptitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Self-starter and ability to work under limited supervision
- Organized and delivery focused with attention to detail
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
