You will belong to the Core Operational People Planning team, who’s main priority it is to secure the capabilities of scheduling and timekeeping for ~180 000 coworkers. This is managed with the help of a product portfolio of bought solutions, which are tightly connected to areas both inside and outside of People Planning. We’ve recently reshaped the organisational structure of this area and, by joining the team, you will have great opportunities to influence and form new ways of working to solve problems differently and to provide even more value for our users. For the initiatives you’ll drive you will have a close collaboration with other digital peers, vendors, business representatives, countries and end users.

We believe you have experience of iterative and agile product development as well as knowledge in techniques and tools used for discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement. You have worked with managing a bought solution, preferably within the HR tech area. Preferably you have knowledge in product management tools like JIRA and Confluence. To be successful in this role we believe you have a data driven mindset and have worked with quantitative and qualitative data to define and measure success.

What you'll be doing day to day

On a day-to-day basis you will act as a trusted partner and work with countries and process owners to understand the needs of the business, prioritize activities and make sure we solve the right problems in the best way. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process for a targeted user group in a specific solution, but also be involved in areas/projects stretching outside of that product, for instance on exploration or implementation. We work in close cooperation with the business in our markets to find the best match between process and tool, and here you will be a key player. The team is global with locations in Helsingborg, Sweden, and Bangalore, India.

You will ensure that we measure initiatives and deliverables against an expected outcome, and you are not shy of calling it out if an initiative needs to be stopped or redirected.

You will:

- Together with other Product Owners and Product Team Leader, set vision, strategy and metrics for the portfolio and its products.
- Manage time, cost, scope, risk, communication, quality and change for the products
- Define OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for your product together with the team and key stakeholders. Ensure the team is aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Guide and support the team to ensure everyone is performing to the best of their ability
- Document learnings, adopt a continuous improvement approach and transfer learnings to the teams
