As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients. This role involves problem-solving, system maintenance, and ensuring smooth IT operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who is eager to learn, has strong analytical skills, and is passionate about technology and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance system performance.
- Document and track issues, solutions, and client interactions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and clients.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, PHP, Perl) is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
