Is a spokesperson for the client on all matters
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Makes administrative decisions and takes action in the client’s absence.
- Coordinates projects by capturing timelines and strategies and delivering progress updates
- Handling day to day work
- Mataining car insurance list.
- Sending mail every month for different companies for payment.
- Keeping records of every Material n keeping stocks
- To maintain the records like stocks, attendance, and taking care of office duties.
- Taking care of Office Maintenance work and do it from office boys.
- Internet, Electricity, Printing etc
- Payment of all the bills like dongle walky, internet, Electricity
- Negotiation with vendors
- Coordination with vendor for deliverables
- Managing Petty Cash
- Responsible for housekeeping.
- Coordination with Office boy & Maid
- Responsible for interview coordination

Managing Repair, Maintenance &Replacement Of Office Equipments, Appliances, Furniture & Furnishings
- Stationery, office equipment, letter heads, envelopes, tea/coffee

Check and purchase groceries and household supplies to maintain adequate levels
- Maintains client database
- birthday, anniversary, founders day

Keep record of all the material issued within the office.
- Maintain record of office expenditure and managing the budget
- Responsible for day to day expenditure
- Ensure cost cutting and reduce over expense.
- Any additional responsibilities given by management should be complete timely
- End to end recruiting.
- Posting of jobs on Job portal (Naukri, Monster etc on social sites)
- Responsible for all payments follow up from client end.
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite
- Process background checks
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire on boarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agenda

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chinchwad, Pune - 411027, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
