**Executive assistant (Remote)**

**A. Objectives of the Role**
- This role will coordinate and manage the executive to streamline the Healthcare Executives' workflow, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- To provide high-level administrative support to the executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proactively manage complex schedules, handle travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings etc, ensuring seamless operations for the executives, reflecting the company's professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
- To facilitate smooth communication between the executives and internal departments and external clients, ensuring a high standard of collaborative efficiency across the organization.
- Support the executives in meeting critical deadlines and contributing to the achievement of their strategic objectives.

**B. Responsibilities**
- **Primary duty** is to make the executive’s role more efficient saving them time and assist in day-to-day functions while successively handling deadlines.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives in a time efficient manner and handle day-to-day functions.
- **Document Drafting**: Create and edit a variety of documents, including Microsoft office 365 word, xls spreadsheets, powerpoint presentations, letters, memos, reports, and graphical media, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain important documents, including medical records, reports, and administrative files and digitalization of documents.
- **Meeting Support**: Schedule and Attend meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing meeting materials and logístical support.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel logistics for executives attending medical visits, conferences, workshops, or other events coordination.
- **Administrative Tasks and Confidentiality**: Any other administrative duties that help the executive perform their job effectively. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

**C. Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: A Bachelors degree is required.
- **Experience**: Proven experience of 4 years in administrative roles, experience in assisting healthcare or nursing administration and familiarity with medical terminology is highly advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently handle competing priorities and deadlines.
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- **Understanding of Healthcare**: Familiarity with healthcare terminology, processes, and regulations is advantageous.

Extra skill:

- **Medical Records Management**: Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation processes or any software that helps in organising.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
