Field Sales Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients (government offices) to promote and sell our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
