Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management, preferably in the water tank or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and patience.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
