**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and prospect potential clients for insurance products and financial services.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Product Knowledge**:Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Home Loans, and Business Loans.
Educate clients on various insurance options and financial products to help them make informed decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance and financial products to existing clients.
Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to clients based on their specific needs.

**Documentation and Compliance**:Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance and financial services industry.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and efficient services to clients.
Share market insights and client feedback to contribute to product development and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or finance will be an added advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of insurance products and financial services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
