Maintain or upkeep of Laboratory working area.
- Sampling & analysis of Phenyl sample.
- Preparation of Batch manufacturing Record (BMR)
- Production of various product like Black Phenyl, White phenyl, Toilet cleaner,
- Chemical &Microbiological analysis of the sample as per Guideline IS:1061
- Monitoring The Production Area filling to packing of food product Gh
Maintain or upkeep of Laboratory working area.
- Sampling & analysis of Raw Material & others(API, Excipients ,water, compressed air)
- Involvement in the investigation of OOS,OOT or analytical incident
- Handling and operation of LIMS, Lab solution and other software wherever applicable.
- Follow all safety rules and requirement in quality control Laboratory.
- To ensure compliance with current Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in the quality control procedure.
- Area monitoring of sterile plant.
- Preparation of Reagent, Chemical Solution as per requirement for preparation of sample.Should follow cGLP for Documentation.
- Should ensure completeness of entries of all

TOC-analyzer, Cooling Centrifuges, Ultrasonic Cleaner, Digital PH Meters, UV Spectrophotometer, Analytical Balance, Micro Balance, Rota Evaporator, Micropipette, Hygrometer, Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow, GC-FID, GC-NPD, GC-ECD, HPLC
