**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality control checks at various stages of seafood processing, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor raw material quality upon receipt, verifying freshness, texture, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform in-process quality inspections during production, processing, freezing, and packaging.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP, FDA, EU, and other export regulations.
- Collect and analyze product samples for microbiological, chemical, and organoleptic testing.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Monitor and verify compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
- Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and final product quality before dispatch.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QC equipment used for testing and inspections.
- Assist in documentation for export quality certifications and audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on hygiene, quality standards, and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to improve raw material quality.
- Stay updated with international seafood quality standards, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize rejections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the seafood or food processing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and international food safety standards.
- Experience in quality audits, product sampling, and lab testing procedures.
- Familiarity with export documentation related to quality and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
