**Role Summary**:

- **Business Intelligence **- BI (technical) solutions development and delivery of all MIS Dashboards for all Tata AIA Life - across Digital, Consumers, Distribution, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Human Resource
- **Project / Release mgmt.. **Design and develop solution to deliver in stipulated timelines along with relevant change / release documentation
- **Development **of SQL transformations / data flows / data pipes or SSIS packages / transformations for business intelligence dashboards using MS SSIS / Azure data factory used by the organization and or partner/vendors
- **Collaboration**:Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with developers / analyst / architect in the organization
- **Orientation**:Strong problem-solving skills: and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- **Skills**:Strong analytical and technical coding skills are the priority
- Process design and extensive data analysis skills and SQL skills
- **Change management**: Demonstrated ability to foster change and deliver business results using effective teamwork, communication and problem identification and resolution skills and ability to work under pressure
- **Problem management**:Knowledge of production support / problem management process. Exposure to work with ticketing system and working with SLAs.

**TECHNICAL EXPERTISE -**

**Data Modeling
- Good problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Foundational understanding of SQL, ETL / Data Integration technology and solid mathematical skillsets
- Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential
- Demonstrated SQL transformation skills (queries, store procedures, SSIS package, data mapping, data lineage), type conversions/transformations using various MS SQL / Oracle tools / SSIS / data pipes or data flows. Knowledge of Azure data factory is added advantage
- Strong ability to communicate ideas and concepts relating to data integration or ETL
- Solid coaching skills to continuously develop staff core SQL development / data integration / ETL competencies at vendors
- Knowledge of change & release management

Focus on - Data Delivery

Work on SSIS / ETL modules - design, development, data sourcing, transformation and review, data profiling & integrity checking - planning - for below business aspects

a) Administer transformation for business summaries
- Quickly grasp data sources and data flow architecture
- Understand data lineage looking at packages
- Merge, lookup, load data in required formats
- Able to monitor package/data flow execution
- Automate record count checks and control

b) Able to review existing packages with best practice and required optimization techniques with degree of parallelism, sequential dependencies and handling of anomalies or catching exceptions

c) Exposure to data warehouse techniques, understanding of data analytics in BFSI industry

- Very Strong theoretical and practical Knowledge of SSIS, data pipes, data flows
- MS SQL / Oracle SQL, Power BI
- Ms Excel, SQL
- **High proficiency in Coding/Programming skills is a must**
- Experience on large data sets
- Data visualization tools across various Platforms
