Overview Tech Innoviz is recruiting an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a contract basis.

**Overall Objective**
- Responsible for the comprehensive management of documentation, including tracking, reviewing, confirming receipt of delivery, and ensuring proper storage and retrieval of all records.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and manage work/action schedules for pending documentation.
- Maintains effective communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely action on outstanding documents.
- Collects and compiles technical data necessary for the preparation of project costing, Bill of Materials (BoM), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinates with internal departments to gather and validate essential technical information.
- Maintains all project-related documentation in an organized, complete, and categorized manner to ensure quick and easy access to specific records.
- Monitors document progress and generates regular (weekly) tracking and status reports.
- Reviews documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Ensures timely delivery and acknowledgment of receipt for all submitted documents in alignment with project deadlines.
- Conducts routine audits to verify proper document submission and handling across departments.
- Oversees the management of all business documents, ensuring they are current, accurate, and securely stored.
- Scans and uploads paper documents daily to maintain a comprehensive digital archive.
- Organizes digital files on a secure server, ensuring logical structure and controlled access.
- Retrieves requested documents promptly in response to departmental needs.
- Manages the controlled flow of documents into and out of the department, maintaining document integrity and confidentiality.

**Formal Qualification**

Any Bachelors or equivalent academic qualification.

**Experience Required**

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

**Key Competencies**
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and relevant building standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, multi-cultural team environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Dependable and conscientious in task execution.
- Committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
