**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Calendar & Meeting Management**
- Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

2. **Communication & Correspondence**
Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

3. **Travel & Logistics**
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for travel-related costs.

4. **Project, Task Management & Reports**
- Assist in planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and create reports as needed.
- Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Responsible for reports / MIS

5. **Administrative & Office Support**
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Handle office supplies, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Support event planning and coordination for corporate functions.

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
