**Salary:40k to 50k**

**QUALIFICATION**

Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Admininstration ,Marketing or a related field.

Sales and Business Development skill

Excellent digital communication and relationship - building skill

Experience in field marketing ,mail marketing etc.

Objectives of this role
- Represent the **Anshteich Formwork Systems **in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
- Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells
- Meet or surpass sales quota expectations
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
- Field marketing.

**Responsibilities**
- Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
- Utilize industry software and technology effectively to improve the customer experience
- Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills, especially in high-stress situations
- Strong business acumen and sense of ethics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally within Aluminium formwork industry
- Graduate / Engineering graduate. MBA preferred
- Sharp negotiation and time-management skills

**Salary**: ₹9,516.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
