**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing and Sales Strategist at CloudPrism Solutions located in Pune. As a Marketing and Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, creative flair, and a proven track record in crafting and executing successful marketing and sales campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:
- Develop, implement, and continually refine marketing and sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
**Campaign Development**:
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective promotional materials.
**Sales Enablement**:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide strategic support.
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools to empower the sales team in their efforts.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and report on the success of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication skills for effective delivery of sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent Customer Service skills for maintaining customer relations and experiences
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate Sales and Marketing strategies
- Project Management skills for managing multiple projects and ensuring timely deliverables
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Marketing and Sales Strategist or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
