Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in hardware and software procurement, installation, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Handle IT-related vendor relationships and contracts.
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested regularly.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to the logistics industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in logistics or courier services.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with courier or logistics management software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IT security standards and protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
