We are hiring Placement officer/Placement Executive.

Role : Placement Officer / Placement Executive - Immediate Joiners preferred

Experience: 2-4years

Work mode: Work from Office, 6days work(Mon
- Sat)

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing relationships with companies: A placement Officer/executive should develop strong relationships with potential employers to facilitate the placement of students in the organization.
- Client Acquisition and Corporate Relations
- Maintaining a database: The officer should maintain a database of companies, job openings, and students seeking placements.
- Advising students: A placement officer should advise students on their career choices, resume writing, interviewing skills, and other job search skills.
- Organizing placement drives: The officer should organize campus interviews, job fairs, and other activities that help students connect with potential employers.
- Conducting mock interviews: The officer should conduct mock interviews for students to prepare them for the actual interview process.
- Coordinating with Technical Team : The officer should work closely with the Technical team to ensure that the curriculum is relevant to the current industry requirements and that students are adequately prepared for the job market.
- Maintaining records: The officer should maintain records of the students who have been placed, the companies that have recruited, and the salaries offered.
- Providing feedback: The officer should provide feedback to the management on the job market trends, student performance, and industry requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate engagement, Client acquisition, student placements, Business Development Executive in Staffing Domain or a related field.
- Preferred Placements Experience from any Edtech.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Willing to travel to Client Places and our Codegnan Office locations as per the need.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
