Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Development & Relationship Management

  2. Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with top-tier companies across industries.

  3. Bring in better-quality recruiters and clients that match the skill sets of candidates.

  4. Maintain long-term partnerships with hiring organizations through consistent engagement.

  5. Placement Strategy & Execution

  6. Design and implement effective strategies to improve placement success rates.

  7. Map industry requirements with candidate skills to ensure the right match.

  8. Organize recruitment drives, campus placement events, and career fairs.

  9. Candidate Support & Preparation

  10. Guide students/candidates in building resumes, preparing for interviews, and improving overall employability.

  11. Conduct workshops, mock interviews, and soft-skill training sessions.

  12. Provide mentorship and career counseling to boost candidate confidence.

  13. Team Leadership & Coordination

  14. Lead the placement team to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.

  15. Collaborate with academic/training departments to align skill development with market needs.

  16. Monitor and report placement progress and outcomes to management.

  17. Market Intelligence & Branding

  18. Keep track of industry hiring trends, emerging job roles, and employer expectations.

  19. Promote the institution/organization as a trusted hiring partner to companies.

  20. Work on building brand visibility through networking, corporate tie-ups, and industry collaborations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
