Position: Placements Coordinator

Department: Training & Placements

Location: Hyderabad.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–4+ years

About the Role:

The Placements Coordinator will manage industry outreach, employer partnerships, student coordination, and placement drive execution. The role requires strong communication, corporate coordination experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end fresher hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage corporate outreach and build relationships with HR, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

·      Promote ZERO-COST trained fresher candidates (Java Full Stack & Data Analytics) to companies.

·      Coordinate placement drives, interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.

·      Draft professional HR emails, follow-ups, and outreach messages.

·      Maintain daily/weekly placement trackers, reports, and student data.

·      Work closely with trainers to assess student readiness.

·      Conduct pre-placement briefings and guide students on interview etiquette.

·      Ensure timely communication between students, trainers, and recruiters.

·      Work towards monthly and quarterly placement targets.

·      Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and HR networks for active sourcing.

Required Skills:

·      Excellent communication and professional email drafting skills.

·      Experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or campus hiring.

·      Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive timelines.

·      Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

·      Experience with Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn sourcing, and MIS reporting.

·      Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

·      Understanding of fresher hiring trends in IT.

·      Basic knowledge of Java Full Stack and Data Analytics.

·      Experience in training institutes or consultancies.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline). MBA in HR is an advantage.

Compensation:

As per market standards. Performance-based incentives may be included.
