**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Freshers Welcome)**

**Location**:Bangalore, India

**Job Type**:Full-Time (9 AM - 5 PM)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for freshers who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to start a career in sales and marketing. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, driving sales conversions, and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients in the industrial and urban sectors( IT parks / Hospitals / Premium Apartment).

**2. Sales Conversion**:

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

**3. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Problem-Solving**: Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and willingness to adopt with CRM software.
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
