**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound sales calls** for medical equipment and healthcare services.
- Explain medical products (BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, Beds, Wheelchairs, etc.) to patients and caregivers using **clinical knowledge**.
- Provide **guidance on product usage, safety, and medical benefits** in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Assess customer needs based on the patient’s condition and recommend the right solution (rental or purchase).
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure **timely order fulfillment**.
- Maintain follow-up with customers for renewals, upgrades, and consumables (filters, masks, spare parts).
- Upsell/cross-sell related healthcare products based on patient requirements.
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.

**Key Skills Required**
- **Certified Nurse (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing)** with knowledge of patient care and healthcare equipment.
- **MBA professional**with good IQ and knack for sales.
- Strong **communication & convincing skills** for inside sales.
- Ability to explain medical terms in a **customer-friendly** way.
- Good listening skills to understand patient needs.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp communication).
- Compassionate approach with a **sales-driven mindset**.
