**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure clients comply with statutory and regulatory requirements under corporate, labor, contract, and sector-specific laws.

Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, company policies, and compliance checklists.

Conduct legal risk assessments and provide advisory on mitigating potential legal exposure.

Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on their impact and required actions.

Collaborate with clients to understand business operations and offer legally sound solutions.

Support dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and legal due diligence as needed.

**Qualifications**

LLB or equivalent legal qualification with experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.

Proven experience in legal compliance, advisory, or in-house legal roles.

Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, labor, and business laws, including Companies Act, Contract Act, and relevant SEBI, RBI, or FSSAI norms.

Excellent drafting, research, and legal interpretation skills.

Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple legal tasks independently.

Access to legal databases/tools (e.g., Manupatra, Bare Acts, or similar).
