**Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Canada/USA Operations)** **Location: On-site (Ahmedabad) - No Relocation** **Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)** **Duration: Full Time/ Permanent** **Salary: 18,000 - 32,000 per month** - **ONLY LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT or INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS EXPERIENCE**_ **Desired Skills** - You will play an important part in building a strong brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees for our clients - Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. - Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. **Roles and responsibilities** - Willing to work on tight deadlines - Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities **Required Qualifications** - MUST HAVE 0-3 years of experience in "International Recruitment" - Open to hire someone with "International Voice Process" experience as well - MUST live in Ahmedabad, we are not hiring anybody out of town/no relocation - Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered - Must have stability, long term goals and zeal to learn new things/technology - Strong desire to self-learn - Must have excellent English speaking skills **Why join Royal Mace Services Pvt.
