**Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Canada Operations)**

**Location: On-site (Ahmedabad)**

**Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7PM to 4PM)**

**Duration: Full Time/ Permanent**

**Salary: 20,000 - 32,000 per month**

Roles and responsibilities

- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment preferred
- Freshers are also welcome
- 6+ months of experience in HR/Recruitment/Customer Service/BP preferred
- Must have stability, long term goals and zeal to learn new things/technology
- Strong desire to self-learn
- Must have excellent English speaking skills

About Company:

Pay: ₹15,606.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
