**Mission**

Be the **first, fastest and most helpful** human across all inbound channels—turn qualified inquiries into **scheduled appointments and paid deposits**, with flawless CRM updates and smart cross‑selling across our brands.

**What you’ll do**
- **Reply in under 2 minutes** to new leads from WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/Google/Website/Calls.
- **Qualify** (date, venue, headcount, budget band, must‑haves) and **route** to the right service line.
- **Book & collect**: schedule trials/consults/shoots and **secure deposits** via payment links.
- **Prepare quotes** using Qwilr templates (shoots, décor, catering, bridal) within agreed guardrails.
- **Follow up** via a 14‑day, 8‑touch cadence until outcome (deposit / reschedule / disqualified).
- **Cross‑sell** relevant add‑ons (e.g., shoot → makeup & outfits; décor → catering).

**KPIs you’ll own**
- **Median speed‑to‑lead**: ≤ **2 minutes** (90th ≤ 5 min)
- **Lead → Qualified**:≥ 40%**:

- **Qualified → Show**:≥ 70%** (appointments/trials)
- **Quote turnaround**:≤ 12 hours**:

- **Quote → Deposit**:≥ 30%** (shoots/salon), **≥ 15%** (décor/catering/wedding)
- **Deposits collected**:≥ 10/week** (seasonal)
- **CRM hygiene**: 0 leads idle >24h; 100% closed‑lost reasons logged
- **CSAT**:≥ 4.7/5** post‑interaction

**What you need to succeed**

**Must‑have**
- 1-3 years **inside sales/BPO/hospitality/wedding** sales.
- Excellent **English** plus **Tamil or Hindi** (both is a plus).
- Proven WhatsApp + phone selling; **50+ WPM** typing; warm, clear tone.
- Strong process discipline with CRM; stable internet, quiet workspace, USB headset.

**Nice‑to‑have**
- Hands‑on with **S**oftwares.
- Weddings/beauty/catering domain familiarity.

**Compensation (transparent & KPI‑linked)**
- **Base**: ₹30,000-₹50,000/month (experience‑based, 6‑day week aligned to SGT).
- **Performance pay**:

- **Speed bonus**: ₹5,000 when ≥85% of new leads replied within 2 minutes.
- **Show bonus**: ₹250 per **qualified appointment that shows**.
- **Deposit bonus**: ₹700 per **deposit collected**.
- **Revenue assist**:0.5%** of **paid** revenue on deals **≥ S$3,000**; **0.3%** on deals **< S$3,000** (payout after 30‑day no‑refund window).
- Paid training and **fast monthly payouts** on approved commissions.
