**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs and guide them in choosing the program that best suits their goals.
- Use a consultative approach to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the value of our programs.
- Track and report on lead conversion metrics, feedback, and other KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in Tamil** (mandatory) and English for client communication.
- **Experience in academic counseling or similar advisory roles** is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in client needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Previous sales or client service experience is a plus.
