**What does the role entail?**
- Being responsible for MBA graduate and experienced research professional hiring, end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talent in India
- Participating in campus recruitment and employer branding activities

What do you need to join us?*
- **4+ plus years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes for MBA graduate and experienced roles**:

- Experience gained in financial institutions strongly preferred
- Passion for spotting rising talents and building teams from the scratch
- World-class communication skills - proactive, mature and outgoing approach
- Bias to action - you get a lot done with mínimal effort
- Hands-on mindset - you enjoy owning deliverables
- Based in Bangalore or open for relocation
