**Campus Recruiter** **Experience: 3-6 yrs** **Location : Bengaluru - WFO** **Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days** **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate and manage various university programs, events, and activities, including student orientation, recruitment drives - Experience of handling end-to-end campus recruitment drives / activities - Liaise with university staff, faculty, and students to ensure the smooth running of programs and events - Collaborate with external organizations and partners to facilitate university programs and activities - Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the university - Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to share with the recruitment team and other stakeholders **Qualifications**: - Graduation Degree / Masters Degree MBA / PGDM - 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in university hiring - Strong attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team"Primary Skill Set Pay: ₹346,273.24 - ₹1,420,831.51 per year Schedule: - Fixed shift - Night shift **Experience**: - Campus Recruitment: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person
