**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their mass recruitment and campus hiring requirements, including volume, roles, and specific skill sets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, including universities, colleges, and technical schools, to attract top-tier campus talent.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, on-campus events, workshops, and presentations to promote our clients and opportunities to students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong focus on mass recruitment and/or campus hiring.
- Familiarity with a variety of sourcing techniques for high-volume recruitment, including online platforms, social media, and event-based approaches.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
