- Sign MOU with the clients for the recruitment & Internship
- Collect all the list of ongoing students who all are ready for placement from all the branches.
- Organise the recruitment drive for all the eligible students.
- Conduct HR connect Events to get connected with the right people for recruitment.
- Placement Officers connect to get connected with the college students.
- Place all the eligible students in their domain.
- Create the testimonial from the placed students.
- Maintain the list the placed students of Nexora Academy

**KRA**
- Prepare and publish available vacancies.
- Placement of all the students
- Signing the MOU with potential clients
- Client relationship
- Maintain the placed students report and share it with all the stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
