**Job Overview**: The Process Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations.
- Process transactions, data entry, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of processes and transactions.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to processes and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹145,513.49 - ₹374,412.10 per year
