**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop machine learning models for data annotation workflows
- Work closely with the annotation team to build automated tools that support text, image, and video labeling
- Train, validate, and fine-tune models for object detection, classification, and semantic segmentation
- Collaborate with data annotators and project managers to ensure annotated datasets are model-ready
- Perform error analysis and improve model accuracy by incorporating feedback from annotation teams
- Contribute to the development of internal AI tools for productivity and efficiency
- Maintain clear documentation of model workflows, processes, and dataset handling protocols

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts
- Familiarity with annotation platforms and tools like CVAT, Labelbox, or VGG Image Annotator
- Experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Ability to write clean, modular code and work in a version-controlled environment (Git)
