**Responsibilities**
- Counsels students in-person, by phone on Database we provide.
- Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
- Provide regular detailed reports of activity, attendance, topics, and trends
- Creates and maintains relationships with Colleges to assist in the placement for the companies.
- Encourages students to ensure they are on track with meeting specific placement requirements
- Contact employers in assigned territory to schedule seminars and work with them to promote attendance at the scheduled seminars and workshops
- To have knowledge over the programs we deliver.

**Qualifications**
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Counselling/ Marketing/ Business/ Engineering or any other discipline
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
- Ability to develop positive student relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
