Invitron Digital Solutions is a leading digital marketing agency based in Durgapur, dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the digital landscape. We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele Callers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of contacts and update records accurately.
- Provide information about our services, promotions, and offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is preferred.
