Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to potential customers and college from the provided database or leads.
  • Explain the service offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
  • Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a record of calls, sales, and customer information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
  • Fluent in [languages required – Bengali,Hindi, regional language].
