We are seeking a motivated and talented Telecaller Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be a crucial part of our sales and marketing efforts, connecting with potential clients and nurturing relationships. Your role will involve engaging in conversations, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our IT services and products.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls and inquiries.

**Product Knowledge**: Thoroughly understand our IT solutions, products, and services to effectively convey their value to potential clients.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

**Database Management**: Maintain and update client databases and records with accurate information.

**Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients to track the progress of inquiries and maintain a constant connection.

**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing valuable insights and information gathered during client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Confidence and persistence in making outbound calls.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
