Wish Future Paths, a dynamic digital marketing company, is seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Telecaller to join our team. As a Technical Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and effectively communicating the value propositions of our digital marketing services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Initiate and handle outbound calls to prospective clients with a focus on understanding their technical needs related to digital marketing.

**Technical Consultation**: Conduct technical consultations with clients to identify and analyze their digital marketing requirements, offering tailored solutions based on our services.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services.

**Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on established criteria and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented in the CRM system.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their queries, and providing additional information as needed.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal (required)

Ability to Relocate:
