**Patient Care**:Preparing patients for surgery, including pre-operative assessments, educating patients about the procedure, and monitoring vital signs during and after surgery.
- **Operating Room Management**:Ensuring the operating room is clean, sterile, and well-stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
- **Sterile Field Maintenance**:Maintaining a sterile environment within the operating room by assisting with the preparation and handling of instruments and supplies.
- **Surgical Assistance**:Helping the surgeon during the procedure by passing instruments, supplies, and medications, as well as monitoring the patient's status.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of patient care, including medications administered, vital signs, and any complications encountered.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:Collaborating effectively with other members of the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nurses.
- **Infection Control**:Adhering to strict infection control protocols to prevent surgical site infections and other healthcare-associated infections.
- **Patient Education and Support**:Providing patients and their families with information about the surgery, potential complications, and post-operative care.
- **Emergency Response**:Being prepared to respond to emergencies, such as cardiac arrest or anaphylaxis, and assisting with resuscitation efforts.

Pay: ₹11,003.91 - ₹29,443.08 per month
