**We are hiring for Front office Admin**
**Location:Sriperumbathur**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist HR in onboarding, attendance, and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other official documents as required.
- Support management with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Handle petty cash, expense records, and basic accounting support if required.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
