**HR cum Admin Assistant**
**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Helping to organize and run the department by answering phone calls, filing records, keeping track of employee information, setting up meetings and interviews, and answering questions from employees.
- Responsible for various administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and helping with recruitment and payroll processes. They provide support in the following areas: Recruitment and selection. Employee records and documentation.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and offices they are visiting after doing formal verification.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist with travel and accommodation schedules and prepare vouchers where necessary.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and scanning.
**Requirements**:
**Education and Qualification Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
- Zero to One year relevant work experience.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., computer and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (preferably English and local language).
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Power point).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
