**JOB DESCRIPTION - COMMERCIAL OFFICER**

**Purpose of the role**:
This is a varied and busy role focused on providing co-ordination and administrative support to the Commercial Division of Company, in particular the Client Development,
Membership, Sales and Marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support Product sales and proposal submissions acting as the co-coordinator of input from key faculty, programme directors and Innovation and Sales teams.

Execute on purchase process for specific product requests and quotations, to high professional standards and to deadline.

Do some background research and preparation for client order.
Billing Process with use of Tally.
Prepare dispatch advise and proforma invoice etc process related to order execution.
Manage the compilation of sales reports, tracking sales activity from lead enquiry to completion, liaising with the sales team and the finance department.
Provide superb professional support and customer service to our clients.
Co-ordinate with customer for payment and order processing including dispatch.
Use the CRM and CMS system to track activity for reporting.
On-going review, upkeep and maintenance of customer information on CRM.
To provide day-to-day support as required to the Commercial Division Team.
Liaise with various internal departments and following up on client queries.
Update where required material for the Proposal Resource Centre.
Inventory Stock management etc.
Document preparation for Import & Export.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Off. Sg. Highway, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad - 380015, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
