**Job Summary**:
The Commercial Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of the business, including contract management, supplier/client negotiations, pricing strategy, procurement, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. The role supports the development and execution of strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Support procurement processes including vendor selection, RFQs, and purchase orders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing strategies and cost control.
- Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial transactions.
- Analyze supplier and customer performance data to inform future commercial decisions.
- Support business development efforts through the preparation of bids and proposals.
- Ensure timely invoicing and resolve any billing discrepancies with clients or suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in commercial processes and systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,300.11 per month
