**Detailed Job Description.**
- Bank Voucher, Journal Entry in Accounting Software.
- Raising Proforma Invoice.
- Issue of Debit / Credit Note.
- Reconciliation of Debtor’s Account.
- Preparation & Documentation of Bank Guarantee.
- Maintaining the dealer’s file.
- Uploading the invoice/ Data in customer’s Portal.
- Raising Invoice.
- Generating E-way bill.
- Order Entry.
- Maintaining the post shipments documents file.
- Conversant with ERP
- Any other work as assigned by senior or management.

Soft Skills requirement

Other Preference

Preferred Location, Kalol, Kadi, Mehsana, Gandhinagar, Adalaj, Chandkheda or within 25 km of Chhatral

This person will report to - Sr. Manager
