**Job Description: Inside Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture leads to convert them into successful sales.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and offerings to potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in inside sales or a related field.
- **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹30,000 (in-hand) up to ₹55,000, based on experience and performance.
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week.
