**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design a variety of visual assets, including websites, print materials, branding, and social media content. Your work will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and ensuring consistency across all digital and physical platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visuals for digital and print media, including websites, advertisements, social media posts, brochures, flyers, logos, and packaging.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design needs and project requirements.
- Develop brand identities and ensure consistent use of visual elements in all materials.
- Prepare files for print or digital distribution, ensuring the correct format, resolution, and color usage.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with design trends and software tools to ensure innovative and relevant designs.
- Provide design support for marketing and sales teams, ensuring that visual materials align with marketing goals.
- Participate in client presentations and revisions based on feedback to meet expectations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field,
- 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience is required
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with clients and teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
